1. General Information
Fiery Creations Ltd specializes in handcrafted glassware and laser-cut products. We take a lean manufacturing approach, ensuring we produce efficiently while maintaining a steady supply of our most popular items.
We currently ship to addresses within New Zealand only.
Local pickup is available by prior arrangement—see details below.
2. Order Processing & Production Times
- In-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
- Made-to-order products, including large, XL, and XXL laser-cut pieces or high-volume glass orders, typically take 2-5 business days for production.
- If your order is urgent, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability or discuss expedited production options.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Costs
- Shipping rates are calculated per order based on weight, size, and destination.
- North Island: Parcels up to 20kg per box
- South Island: Parcels up to 15kg per box

- North Island: 1-3 business days
- South Island: 2-5 business days
4. Local Pickup (By Appointment Only)
Local pickup is available from our facility in Wairau Valley, Auckland.
- Pickups must be arranged in advance by contacting sales@fiery.co.nz or calling +64 22 0745 760.
- We will confirm your pickup appointment by email or phone.
- Please note: Our location is a manufacturing workshop, not a retail store—walk-ins are not permitted.
5. Packaging & Shipping Protection
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive safely.
- Our display boxes are custom-designed to fit snugly into standard shipping boxes for maximum protection.
- Products are packed with both presentation and durability in mind, ensuring they look great on arrival and are well-protected during transit.
- While we take utmost care, accidents can happen—if your order arrives damaged, we are happy to work with you to arrange a replacement.
6. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped. Use this to monitor your delivery status.
7. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Orders
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at sales@fiery.co.nz within 7 days of delivery with your order details.
- We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
8. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend it.
